Midpoint

This is something I should probably know by now but on this computer at home when I want to draw a line for example, I click the line tool and when I hover over something and it shows a short vertical line representing the midpoint. My computer at work won't do this and for the life of me can't find a seting to change it.

Thanks BAS, the Special snap points are at the bottom of my AC window. Probably new this a long time ago but forgot. I'm not usually one for Help files but they are coming in very handy. I just typed in Special snap points after reading your reply and BINGO!! Tried several other searches earlier to no avail. The manual seems to need a perfect match as input from the user. Thanks again. Doug

In case you didn't already know.....
You can select midpoint snaps of the entire element or the midpoint between two intersection points. See "Special Snap Points" in help index.
