Missing Fills

When I open and place a window (wood slider) I get a message that a section fill is missing. In the window settings I find that the section fill is in fact missing (#73). I select another fill, but when I return to the plan I still get another warning message and the window will not render.

Any thoughts?

thanks,

This is the 3rd time recently where I've seen Fill # 73 missing (see http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?p=34877#34877 )

Open a new file doing a New and Reset

Save the file to your desktop. Name it Default or something like that.

Return to the file with the problem and open the Attribute Manager (Options/Attribute Manager...) and click on the Fill tab. If you sort the fills by ID# and scroll down I'm sure you will find that there is no #73.

On the right side of the Attribute Manager click on the Open button and open the file you saved to the desktop.

Scroll down to fill # 73 (on the right side of the attribute manager); select it and click on the Overwrite button.

This will eliminate the error message but whether or not it will give you the "right" fill. You will only know after you look at a section, but it's a wood grain so I'll bet it is the "right" fill.

cheers,
