Need help with custom wall profile

I have created a custom wall profile for my exterior walls. It has plates at the top and bottom and I would like to place my "vertical stretch lines" between those plates so I can adjust my wall height while leaving my plate dimensions constant. But I am having trouble utilizing the vertical stretch lines - they don't seem to appear when I check that box in the Profile Manager. I have done several Select-All lines, and only the Opening Reference lines appear - the horizontal and vertical stretch lines are nowhere to be seen. Could I have erased them? I didn't think that was an option.

Well I tried to find the test file that had the C.P. Window problem, but can't, even after quite a search.
I know it was ac12 and it was a clean test file not a file brought up from 11, (so it should not have had 11 libs) so I'm stumped without being able to find the file.
Although I do remember quite clearly that I checked two standard windows and both created the same close to corner problem with the C.P..

So now, I created a new clean test file and new C.P. wall with core and finishes and had no trouble at all with windows, even right up to corners.
So intermittent or user error??
If I never find the file, I guess I'll never know.
