Offset tool in 13?

Is there any sort of offset tool in ArchiCAD 13 and if so, how do I activate it?

Most users have already drawn a line before seeking an offset.
In this case refer to the magic wand method.

Well Quickdraw, maybe time difference might have some influence.
I do expect you to sleep sometime
And given he may be using the default settings/WE the Control Box
which has the Offset Icons will not be apparent. See page 1444.
Why the default has the Control Box OFF is short sighted IMO.
