You have to select your elevation and go to properties. then check the pencolor for uncut elements and do it whatever you like.
under this you can select the uncut surfaces -> you choose uniform pencolor -> background (white)
same thing above with sections.
archicad gives you the ability to forget all the pencolors you selected in properties of each object and select in the section/elevation properties one way of appearence for all your objects
