Option Keys Do Not Work

Not applicable
I cannot seem to get my option keys on my laptop to work in Archicad. I have the identical set-ups between my Mac G5 and Powerbook G4. Mac OS 10.4.5. I have turned off the keyboard shortcuts in the system preferences but that did not help. All of the keyboard shortcuts in work fine except when I need to drag, mirror or rotate a copy. The option key will not work with while I am dragging, mirroring or copying. Does anyone know how to set-up a key shortcut to specifically mirror a copy like they had in older versions of Archicad?

Brian:

Assuming you are using ArchiCAD 8 or 9, go to Options > Work Environment..., and select Keyboard Shortcuts under Shortcut Schemes. Make the changes here, then select Shortcut Schemes to "Store As..." your new scheme so the changes become part of your work environment. You will notice that Graphisoft has provided here the shortcut schemes for earlier versions, which you could use as a starting point for your own customized scheme. Hopefully someone else has an idea why the option key is not working for you for making copies.
