I am student of interior architecture, and i am wondering how to create that kind of stairs without using Rhino. Can anyone tell me step by step or what kind of tool should i use to do that.

Hello,
You should use the stair tool, model your stair with the geometry that you need(show only the treads and hide structure and other finishes),
then enter in edit mode and model each step that has a specific morphology, save as tread object, and substitute one by one,
