This comes up with the norwegian template, it also snaps to this degree and it is making me nuts! Is there any way to change this? Pic highly related.

This is a newly creadted document, not a single line drawn yet. what is going on??

Usualy these angles are there when you already have drawn components with those specific angles.
Are you opening the new file with your template, or the archicad one?
If you have a custom template, I would suggest to check it there...

These are just screen orientations that have been set previously.
They won't be used (or snapped to) if you have it set to 0° as in your image.

I don't know of any way to delete these unwanted angles from the list.

If elements are snapping to odd angles when your screen orientation is 0°, then you will want to look at the rotated grid settings.
You may be using a slightly rotated grid rather than the square one.

When you save a custom rotation angle, it just bumps one off the list.
