Panning in Section Elevation windows

Hi - I have just noticed, after years of using the product, that I cannot pan in a section/elevation window using the middle mouse button to "grab" & "pull" my way around, the way I can do in a plan window.

Am I going mad, or is there something stupid I am missing that would cause this difference? Can't seem to find anything in working environment or preferences settings to explain it.

I recently upgraded my computer and had a two different mouse drivers installed. This produced some eratic mouse behavior, one of which was loss of panning. May help???

Hi Richard - As it turns out, simply rebooting solved the problem - some graphic card or 2D OpenN GL problem I presume
