Pet Palette Trouble Shooting

I am having an issue where my pet palette will not open for detail markers, to be able to change the size/or shape of the box. I'm not even getting the cursor when I hover over the detail object.

Try turning on "Marker range" in On-Screen View Options

Thanks a ton! That was the issue, I guess I turned that off by accident.
