Photo Rendering

Hi everyone, my computer froze everytime im using archicad photo rendering engine with shadow casting on, without shadowcasting it does fine, does anyone know whats' went wrong? system AMD Althon XP 2600+
2.08 Ghz, 1.5 GB of RAM, i have tried to defragment and cleaned the system but still having the same problem, Thanks

Is it a large and complex scene? Can you turn of a few layers and check if the problem is related to certain objects?

And definitely make sure 'Extra Accuracy' is turned off!
