Problem with layouts

Suddenly i cannot do anything in layouts in one of my projects. No 2D work. I can't even select and move anything. I don't know, what I have done. In plan views is everything OK.
Can somebody tell me what's the problem.

You probably hit you "s" key. Type "s" again then see if you can select anything.
