Problems with pespective tool with zoom in and out

Dear friends:
Can somebody help me to find wich tool I have turn on or turn off, because when I try to do zoom in (close up) the building cuts, obviously I need be close and change a detail, but i can't
I appreciate if you can help me to fix that
