Push/pulls as in Sketchup?

Hello,
I tried to make a wall thicker. Instead of specifying number, I wanted to just pull or push the wall as in SketchUp, but I couldn't find a way to do so. Is the only way to change wall thickness to input a number in the setting?

You can set up composites to have predefined walls available.

Having used AutoCAD and SketchUp quite some time, ArchiCad turns out to be quite complicated to change even simple things even though I keep watching and reading tutorials. I hope it's ok to ask many questions here.
