Putting New Tools into the Toolbox Toolbar

I have been trying to get the Internal Elevation Tool and the Worksheet Tool into the Toolbox Toolbar (ie: not the Tool Palette). I cant seem to be able to find them in the Work Environments to add them to the Toolbox Toolbar?

Is this what you're after? Mine are in the available tools list, see image.

Select them, then click on "add selected" to add to right hand list.
