Roof not showing in 3D?

When I try to create a roof on a certain story in my project it does not show in 3D?

1. View > Elements in 3D View > Filter Elements in 3D...
2. View > Elements in 3D View > Show all in 3D

thanks that was the problem, that story was being filtered out.
