Save pln bug

Today with archicad 21 it is still possible to close all view tabs except the one containing image rendering via CineRender. In this case it is impossible to save his work and Archicad does not warn about it.

I've moved this to the Working in ARCHICAD forum. Bug reports are not wishes. I'm moving your other bug report from the wishes forum as well.

It is good to report and discuss bugs here - but if you have not reported this to technical support, you should do so directly as well.

I thought it was here the best way to do this

Thanks about your moderation

Your local distributor where you bought the software is the best place to start.

There is a "Report Bug" link at the top of this page.
It doesn't actually report the bug but it should tell you who you can contact.

I can not close the floor plan window without getting the message with an option to save.
Even when I have a render picture open and choose the option in Windows menu to close all other tabs, everything else closes except the current picture and the floor plan.

Be careful though.
If you are just hitting the 'X" on the tabs and you have unsaved pictures open you will get a do you want to save message - which you would probably say no to.
Then when you try to close the floor plan you will get the same message.
But being in the habit of saying no to saving the pictures you may say no to this as well - big mistake but one that could be made easily.

My distributor tell me "Archicad Talk" is a great place to do this
You also seem to me much more responsive

I've test on Windows and I agree with you but...
The bug is really possible on OSX

I'll send you as soon as possible a movie about my screen during this bug

(sorry about my language English isn't my native language)

Your distributor should know he is the link between you and Graphisoft.
This forum is just a bunch of users like you that try to help each other out.
Although hosted by Graphisoft and occasionally there will be a post from someone at Graphisoft, it is not an official communication channel with them.

This forum is a great place to discuss problems and see if there are any solutions.
Sometimes it will get back to Graphisoft but I would not rely that this will happen.

Maybe MAC is a little different.
Maybe someone else can check that out when you post your video.
I have no access to a MAC unfortunately.

That is not a problem.
You are doing much better than I can speak French or any other language come to that.
