I assume you mean there is only one hotspot in version 23?
I see two hotspots in both 22 & 23.
One for the length of the section/elevation line and one to move the text.
This is when using the built-in marker.
And if you have a single centre marker, the one in the centre moves the marker.
If you use a different marker you may find you have different hotspots.
But why do you need more?
The section/elevation line and extents are all selectable and the marker head is selectable anywhere if you are using 'quick selection' (magnet - spacebar is shortcut toggle).
