Setting the Project North

Any one know how to set the Project North?

Confuse about this.

For information with images, go to Help > ArchiCAD Help, when your browser opens click on the "Search" tab, and input "Project North" in the search box, in the results list "Levels and Project North Preferences" will lead to detailed information.
