License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I send a V19 file that someone can open and modify with V11?

If it was me I wouldn't even try.
The only way is from version 19 you can 'Save as' a version 18 PLN.
Then open in 18 and 'Save as' a version 17 PLN.
Then open in 17 and 'Save as 16 PLN.
Then ....

I think you get the idea .... until you get to version 11.

I doubt you would have all the versions installed to allow you o do this.
And besides there will be a lot of information from the new features in 19 that would be lost in the old version 11.

Best for your colleague to upgrade.

The only other option may be to export the 3D model to IFC and then import that in 11 - that is if 11 can even do that - I really can't remember and I doubt even if that would work.

Thanks Barry,
My V11 friend is just an occassional user but was one of my mentors when I was starting out. I really only need to give him access to my standard S Sheets, not a model. I think I will just send him a dwg and he can import that. I just think it should go easier. I understand Graphisoft wants everyone to buy the newer version, they have to pay the genius minds that keep our software great.
thanks again,
Eric
