Simple morph question: Extrude a 2d morph into a 3d morph

Is it possible to extrude a 2d morph that is created in the plan view into a 3d morph in a 3d view?

Hi Steve,

I think the reason why you didn't have the 'Extrude' option is that 'Hidden Morph Geometry' (at View -> On-Screen View Options menu) was turned ON maybe.
