I am putting some steel beams in and I want the TOS to be at a certain height. The height seems to be set to the center of the steel and not the top of steel. How can I change this so it is set to TOS?

look in the settings under placement and choose it to be top.

Again, there are Help files. Try a right-click in the current tool's dialog and you'll get context-sensitive help. A lot faster than asking in this forum all the time!
