Upgraded to 8.1r2v2 in August from 8.0 and have 3 things that just don't work right as they did in 8. Will submit as 3 separate questions.
3rd & last item...

Special snap points don't appear as I hover over over a wall/construction and the pointer changes to a mercedes - except once in a while, and even then you can't get it to repeat. The correct button is selected in the Control Box palette, and changing settings (half/%/division/length) has no effect either.

Any ideas?

Received a call from a friend who saw my post. Said to check and make sure Snap Grid was turned off. Sure enough, it was turned on. Turning it off, special snap points appear all the time, 'On' they won't - except for every now and then. Sounds like an "undocumented feature"??
