License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Stair railing display

I have created a stair using AC10 generic stair tool, not stair maker, and I cannot get the railings to show up in plan view. Everything is good in Elevation and 3D. How do I fix this with?

Not know which object you are using, I can only offer one suggestion: check your drawing scale/2D Detail Level setting -- if the setting is "Scale Sensitive", the handrail will not show at smaller scales -- "Custom" will display the symbol per the parameter settings.

Thank you! I checked the setting and it is set to custom. The object is "Stair Straight RC 10". Any other suggestions would be awesome!
I believe it's your 2D Symbol Type -- in the screenshot below, I've used Type 14.
