Stretch window in elevation stopped working!!

Hello everybody..

I have this little problem, in one of my elevations, (north), if i have a window, (and I've tested many different ones), I cannot stretch it..! I mean i can only move it up and down, but not sideways, or stretch it..!

On the other elevations everything is working fine, and i can move them around. Is it a bug? or am I doing something wrong here? I've restarted Archicad, and the problem is not fixed. Please help

just guessin, make sure the window size is set to custom and not a typical window size.
