The pick boxes on the all things

I have lost my pick boxes on when trying to edit things I don't get the black dots on all corners...... they are gone and I can't find how to turn these back on...


have AC 8.1 Win XP .....

Have you been playing with your 2D redraw options? You can change it so ArchiCAD uses openGL in 2D.

Some older graphics cards don't cope too well with this option active.

Also if you are working with true line weights and you have your selection dots set to the same color as a line, you might not see them. After testing Ben's idea go to Options/Display Options and make sure you are looking at Hairlines. Then go to Options/Preferences/Miscellaneous and check the color of the selection dots.
