Been trying to figure out how to use this. Copied v10 into program directory. Then what do I do? There are absolutely no instructions. Launching v10 I instantly get a bug reporter. I have v11 installed and now when launching that I get bug reporter. Any instructions anywhere?
thanks.

Not a current windows user so I cannot give a specific answer but as a guess it could be a Java issue.

Seems it might be a Quicktime issue.
You need to have Quicktime installed as well.
If you don't have the 17 installation files (where you will find the Quicktime installer), I am sure it is just a Google search away.
