Wall ends are objects associated to a single wall.
They will not automatically trim with other walls/elements.
So you will need to perform Solid Element Operations or other editing techniques to trim side walls, roofs, etc.
Also you seem to have a problem with your surface texture hatch - seems to be rotated 90° to the 3D surface texture image.
