Wall tool in detail window

Is it possible to use the wall tool to add to a drawing in a detail or elevation/ section window? If so, how?

Only by drawing the wall on plan, in a position where it can be 'seen' by the elev/section/detail. Make sure it is also on a layer that is turned on in the E/S/D.

It's worth noting that you cannot copy a wall in an elev/section for some reason. Go to the plan and drag a copy there. You can then go back to the section and accurately position it if necessary.

Nope. While the wall tool is not greyed out in sections the only use I can see for it is to Select All (CMD/CTRL-A with tool active). Wall tooled is greyed out in detail window. At least in AC11.

You should put your AC version and system specs in your signature (in profile, button above) for more specific answers.
