No problem here, either, Ahmed. Like Mark, I'm on a Mac though...
Are you running build 3006 of 15, or are you using 3003 (what is on the installation DVD)? If on 3003, update to 3006.
What happens if you access the translators from the File menu as shown in the attached screenshot? Does the panel appear to let you customize the (unlocked) settings?
Does Mark's stretch-the-dialog-taller idea help?
If you take a standard setting and duplicate it, can you edit then?

That option should appear when you choose a folder with layouts in - not views.
