Work environment extra stuff

Hi,
once in a while I read tips here that include the use of extra menus added in the work environment options (like in here http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=16975&postdays=0&postorder=asc&&start=2 . And I was thinking what do people often use as extra menus that don't come by default and that would be a life saver in their opinion?
Any thoughts?
