hey i know it is a stupid question but it is driving me crazy, i can't find the barrel vault tool :S from where should i choose it?? thanks...

It goes with the roof tool. There's an icon in the row. But this hard to understand tool is superseded.

Try with the Complex Profile instead: more control and faster edits. AND curved barrel vaults.
