chimney

I wonder if anyone out there could help me with how I might model the chimney as per the attached photo?
I presume the main body of the chimney is a basic rectangular wall the full height of the chimney but how should I deal with the detailing at the top and the 4 chimney pots - I have looked in the objects library but cannot find anything appropriate????

Use walls, slabs, cylinders to model the top and 4 pots.
