Hi
If I understand you correctly, you want to create an Object. This object will consist on a Profile following a path, a Spline in this case.
This part can be done easily using "complex profiles" and walls for the path.
The second part, rotating the profile along the path, is not possible with the tool you have available on AC at the moment. Although you can try some advanced GDL scripting, there is a "command" that does something similar (Sweep) but scripting GDL can be very frustrating.
I can suggest you a workaround: Built your object on a different software with better free form modeling capabilities (3D max, Maya, Bonzai3D, and even Sketch Up). Then export it as a 3DS file. Load it from ArchiCAD converting the 3DS into an object.
I hope this can help.
Regards
Nando
