.dwg backgrounds on worksheets

I would like to place autocad survey background on a worksheet to begin site plan. I placed my surveyors .dwg drawing on a prepared worksheet in Bobrow's master template but I don't know how to make the worksheet visible in model views so that I can place my building model with respect to site background. Any help appreciated.

Make the Worksheet your Trace Reference for the model views that need to refer/snap to it:
