elevation marker - can it link to a perspective view?

Hi there -

On a floorplan I need show a marker where a perspective view is taken from. I thought I could use an elevation marker and, after I've defined the placed perspective view as an Autotext reference, have the elevation marker show that, but all I can seem to figure out is how to have the elevation show a dumb 'custom' text.

Is there a way to do is?

Thanks!

Bill

Hi Bill,

Did you try with a Linked Elevation Marker? It won't create a new elevation, just reference to your selected view.

I checked and see actually it can't link to an axonometric or perspective View (as I though it can) but it can link to a 3D Document !
