extra objects?

is there anywhere that i can find extra objects such as more musical instruments other than the ones in the standard libary, like any object plugins? or material plugins?

thanks that helps a bit. also looking for glass fixings, as shown in the image as they would look good on my model.
i have such renderers as maxwell and artlantis, dont know if these programmes have these as i have little experience with them.
