fillet wall and slab

Hi can anyone help me, im trying to create a wall slab fillet like in this picture, can anyone explain the way to do it. much appreciated.

You can use the Shell object from the standard library to join the slabs / walls, or investigate the Complex Profile tool.

I think the complex profile tool is best. See what you can figure out from the manual and then come back here with any specific things you can't figure out.
