Are your MVO settings set to show full 3D window detail?

So the reveal shows in 3D? Does your Interior Elevation Extents extend through your wall?

OK.

Do you actually have a casing turned on for the inside of the window?

If you have then check that the view that you have opened for the elevation is using the MVO with full 3D detail?

You can have different MVO settings saved with each view.

When you look at the window in 3D, do you see the casing (reveal)?
