joining ceilings and bulkheads

I've created a composite comprising 10mm plasterboard and 90mm insulation which I want to use for both wall and ceiling to create ceiling bulkheads. How do I get these materials to join properly in cross-sections? I've create priorities 6 and 2 for plasterboard and insulations respectively.

It is impossible. The only way is using each skin separately, not as composite.

That is disappointing. This is despite the fact that composites have been created to be used as 'slabs' and 'walls' - but they still won't join. Should this be a wishlist item?

Rod to me that is the perfect result as that is how the gypsum wallboard ( plasterboard ) would be applied.

Cheers,
