mouse scroll wheel disabling when using zone stamp

This is not really a serious issue.
I notice that when i'm using the zone tool and manually selecting the zone points of large areas by zooming in and out using the mouse wheel, the zoom wheel is disable when I have to finally position the zone stamp.

I then have to readjust the position of the zone stamp.
I know that it wasn't the case with AC9.
