not making a bpn (back up file)

Hi,

Any ideas why when clicking save as archicad is not making a .bpn file in the same folder.
It was working up until this morning?

How do I turn it on again?

In Work Environment under Data Safety and Integrity, check the "Make Backup Copy" box.

Sorry, didn't read your initial post properly. SAVE AS does not create a backup file (bpn), it just creates a copy of the file under a new name or location.
SAVE turns the previous version of the file into a BPN while updating the PLN
