pasting objects turn 90 degrees?

when coping and pasting objects they turn 90deg. even in my layout book when I create a new drawing, drawings get turned 90deg. where do I find settings to turn this back to 0deg?

Copy and pasting objects at 90 degrees is strange.

If your drawings are coming in at 90 degrees, try checking your default drawing settings. Specifically, the Angle as set under the Properties tab. It should read 0 degrees. Perhaps that may be it?
