The walls can be regular composite walls with skins for each material.
The ends you will have to do with a 'Wall End' tool if you want a thickness - otherwise just change the wall end surface.

The column will need t be a complex profile column unless you want to model the plaster/tile skin separately.

Thank lot. I can understand wall and wall end tools.
But did not understand "plaster/tile skin separately, " How can I do plaster/tiles skin separately?
is there any way to just make skin like surface paint.
For example I have a wall with door and window. And I want to make put tiles on one surface?
thnx again

I was referring to the column in the corner.
Add a separate skin (wall) for the plaster/tiles.

Or create a complex profile column as suggested in your other post here ....

For a wall just create a composite wall with the skins you require.
If you want the tile/plaster skin to be adjustable in height or thickness you will have to model separately or again you can use a complex profile wall (with or without modifiers) - as mentioned in your post here ....
