problem rotating

i'm a beginner so it's probably a quite silly question, actually.
i have problem rotating a window in 2D when i copy it.
also, when copying it, i was able only to move it horizontally.
did i need to change something in settings?

Windows and doors are placed in walls. You can move them only within the plane of that wall vertically or horizontally.
