problem with intersecting roofs

how do i get rid of these pointy thingies? I tried SOE, but without succes.

It looks like the edges of the Roofs' ridges are not vertical: try selecting the ridge, the Custom Edge Settings in the Pet Palette (top right) and setting the angle to Vertical.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
