recalcitrant handles and pivot lines

Does anyone else have trouble with spine handles refusing to move except after repeated attempts? well they do move just spring back to original position

Also dragging the roof pivot lines often doesnt get left where the mouse drops it off and is placed somewhere nearby (random location). I havent tracked down when this flaky behaviour occurs yet.
