ridge tiles object

I am looking for a straight edged ridge tile object, as the curved ridge tile object currently available in ArchiCAD V8 is not suitable. Being a relatively newcomer to creating objects in ArchiCAD, I have not yet mastered how to create such an object.

Can anyone help?

Have you searched objects online? Making objects "graphicly" is really quite simple. You could "build" a ridge tile with roofs and view it in the 3D window as you would see it in plan view (looking straight down on it). From the file menu chose "GDL Objects" and "save 3d model as". There are several "rules" that are wise to follow and a search of this forum should give you some tips.
