I can't make this kind of roof, I've tried everything and it always assumes 4 sides or more.

You can edit the roof you have placed or you can try placing a gable roof from the start.

I did not notice that there was a gable default option... Aaaanyway, I would probably do your roof as two single planes given they do not share a complete ridge nor have the same eave height / pitch.
