unable to draw over master information in layout

I've got some information on my master that i don't want to show on some sheets. instead of creating a new master without this information i tried to fill over it on the specific sheet, but nothing will cover up the information on the master... any suggestions?

make sure that your master elements are set to "Below Layout" in your project preferences . . ?

any good?

Options> Project Preferences> Layouts...> Display Master Layout: Below Layout.
